£5 Up to the value of £139.00 5-10 working days
FREE on orders of £140.00 and over 5-10 working days
Outside of Europe
£7 on orders up to the value of £199.00 5-10 working days
FREE on orders over £200.00 and over. 5-10 working days
Multiple Shipments
When an order results in multiple shipments, shipping and handling only applies to the first package shipped. There are no further shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
We have a no quibble returns policy. If you want to return a purchase for any reason please return it to us in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund.
For sale items please return with in 14 days
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods please allow up to 14 days for the money to be credited back to your account. It is generally a much shorter time period.
In the unfortunate case that a faulty item slips past our quality control please email us on sales@julianroad.com and we will advise you on returning the item without charge.
