We understand that selecting the correct size when buying online is always tricky especially when you are buying from a new brand. So we are trying to make is as easy as possible for you. Below you will find a copy of our body size chart for various sizes to give you a starting guide.

 Each individual garment will then have it's own size guide on the product page and these are the measurements of the actual garment measured straight across on the outside then doubled. Which size you choose will then become a combination of your body size and the garment measurement. The clothing is tailored with no added stretch so you need to be allowing about 2/3 cm extra around the bust and hips and a little more around the waist for movement on a close fit. If you intend to wear layers underneath then this would increase to 4/5 cm. If you are still unsure which size to choose, select one of your own garments, measure it across and see how ours compare. EUROPE  Unfortunately we are not currently delivering to countries within the European Union due to additional tax and duties. When we find a work around we will reinstate  the service.

✈️ All international orders, standard and express, are shipped by priority air

Delivery Questions

 

Which courier will ship my order?

Orders are sent from the UK using Royal Mail and, for international orders, are then passed on to your local postal service. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We always choose ✈️ Air for all International orders. Please allow up to 12 days to arrive.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once you have paid for your order online, you will be sent an order confirmation within 24hrs. We will contact you again by email, or you by text, letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

What packaging should I expect for my order?

We use plain boxes. The box, packing slip, postcards and inside bag are all 100% recyclable ♻️.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. Make sure to select the correct country field during checkout. For International shipping cost, see the above information. Please note, International orders may be assessed for custom duties and taxes and this is not included in the delivery cost.

 Returns

We accept no quibble returns, at your own cost, on full price items up to 45 days after receipt of the good. Sale items 10 days. Please send the items tracked.
