Returns Policy
We have a no quibble returns policy. If you need to return a purchase for any reason please return it to us in original condition ,unworn with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund.
For sale items please return with in 10 days
MAINLAND UK RETURN INFORMATION
Pack up your parcel securely. You can use its original packaging but remove the original delivery label.
Include the returns form in the parcel, with the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange*
Return to
*exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size/colour
INTERNATIONAL RETURN INFORMATION
Applies to all countries outside Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.)
Returns should be sent via a Tracked Mail service and clearly marked as “Return goods” on export documents, to the following address;
International return delivery/shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender. International return delivery/shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods please allow up to 14 days for the money to be credited back to your account. It is generally a much shorter time period.
